Studio Yarner Shortlisted for the BIID Design Practice Award

We are delighted to share that Studio Yarner has been shortlisted for the BIID Interior Design Awards 2026, for the commercial project award for the South West & Wales, for our Totnes project The Forge.
The awards recognise design practices that demonstrate excellence in both professional standards and client service. As the UK's leading professional organisation for interior designers, the BIID promotes excellence across the industry, championing best practice, professional development and high standards of client service. Recognition through the Design Practice Award reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, robust processes and a client-focused approach.
At Studio Yarner, we believe successful interiors emerge from a balance of creativity, practicality and collaboration. Every project begins with listening and understanding how a space should function, the atmosphere it should evoke and the unique qualities that make a property special. This considered approach allows us to create interiors that feel timeless, personal and deeply connected to their surroundings.
As an interior designer in Devon, we are fortunate to work within a region rich in architectural character, from coastal homes overlooking the South Hams coastline to historic properties nestled within the Devon countryside. These varied landscapes continue to inform our approach, encouraging a sensitivity to materials, craftsmanship and a strong sense of place.

This recognition follows a growing period for the studio, including recent industry and editorial acknowledgements that reflect our commitment to creating thoughtful, enduring interiors. We are grateful to the BIID for this recognition and look forward to continuing our work across Devon and beyond.
